1. Delivery Coverage
Soeatable currently delivers to select areas within Lagos and surrounding regions. To confirm availability, enter your delivery address at checkout.

2. Delivery Hours

  • Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Last order cutoff: 8:30 PM

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Average delivery time: 30 – 60 minutes, depending on distance and restaurant preparation time.

  • You’ll receive real-time tracking and notifications once your order is on the way.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary by distance and restaurant.

  • Some vendors offer Free Delivery during promotions or on minimum order values (e.g. ₦5,000+).

5. Scheduled Delivery

  • You may schedule your order for a later time during checkout.

  • Ideal for meal prep or timed lunch/dinner delivery.


Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Food Orders Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of food, all confirmed orders are final and non-returnable once prepared and dispatched.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Missing items.

  • Order not delivered due to delivery failure or app issue.

  • Quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery (with photo evidence).

3. Refund Process

  • Contact customer support via the app or email: support@soeatable.com.

  • Provide your Order ID, description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 working days, either as wallet credit or direct refund (based on payment method).

4. No Refunds for Customer Errors
Soeatable is not liable for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses.

  • Unanswered delivery calls.

  • Delays caused by customer unavailability.
