Terms & Conditions – Soeatable

Welcome to Soeatable! By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Soeatable

Soeatable is a Nigerian food delivery platform that connects users to local restaurants and cloud kitchens for convenient meal ordering and delivery.

2. Using Our Services

By using Soeatable, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You will provide accurate, up-to-date personal and delivery information.

  • You will use Soeatable for lawful purposes only.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders become final once confirmed in the app.

  • Soeatable offers two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Soeatable Wallet.

  • Ensure you have the correct payment ready if you select COD.

  • Top-ups to your Soeatable Wallet are non-refundable, except for failed transactions or errors.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or kitchen delays.

  • It is your responsibility to be available to receive your order at the address provided.

  • If you miss your delivery or provide incorrect details, we may not be able to refund or resend your order.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, all orders are final once prepared.

  • Refunds may only be issued if:

    • You receive the wrong order.

    • Items are missing.

    • Your order was not delivered.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of delivery, along with your Order ID and photo evidence where applicable.

6. Account & Security

  • Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Soeatable is not responsible for:

  • Food quality beyond what vendors and kitchens prepare.

  • Allergic reactions or dietary issues; please read product descriptions carefully.

  • Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Services

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

This document (“Agreement”, “Terms”) governs your access to and use of Soeatable’s website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). By using Soeatable, you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Soeatable”: Soeatable Ltd, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.

  • “User”: Any individual accessing the Services.

  • “Vendor”: Restaurants, kitchens, or individuals selling food via Soeatable.

  • “Wallet”: Prepaid balance stored within a user’s account.

2. User Accounts

  • Users must register with accurate, current information.

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities on their account.

3. Orders

  • An order is final upon confirmation in the app.

  • Soeatable may reject or cancel orders at its discretion (e.g., unavailability, fraud).

4. Payment Terms

  • Users may pay via Cash on Delivery or Wallet.

  • Top-ups to the Wallet are generally non-refundable, except for transaction errors.

  • Vendors receive payouts net of Soeatable’s commission and fees, according to their agreement.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to perishability, orders are non-returnable.

  • Refunds may be granted if:

    • Items are missing.

    • Wrong items delivered.

    • Order not delivered.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of delivery.

6. Use of Services

  • Services must only be used for lawful purposes.

  • Users must not copy, modify, or distribute Soeatable’s content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and content belong to Soeatable or its licensors.

  • Use of the Services does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Soeatable is not liable for:

    • Delays due to traffic or vendor preparation.

    • Quality or safety of food prepared by vendors.

    • Losses resulting from user-provided incorrect information.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Soeatable against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications

Soeatable may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
